Hi, I'm Matthew — born and raised in Toronto, and still living here today. This city isn't just where I work; it's home, and it always has been. The neighbourhoods, the people, the energy of the place — it's all part of who I am.
Sports have always been a big part of my life, both playing and watching. These days I also coach, working as a skills coach in youth hockey — there's nothing quite like helping a young player build confidence and grow as a player and a person.
More than anything, I love meeting new people. Every person has a story, and getting to hear those stories is one of the best parts of my life — it's a big part of why I love real estate, because this work introduces me to new people every single day.
Two sides of the same move — here's what working together looks like on each.
For buyers
From the first search to the day the keys are in your hand.
A search built around your area and price range — new listings sent as they hit the market
Honest reads on value, so you offer with confidence, not guesswork
Neighbourhood-level guidance on schools, commutes, and resale
Offer strategy and negotiation handled for you, start to finish
For sellers
Priced right, presented well, and marketed where buyers actually look.
A pricing plan based on what's actually selling on your street
Prep and staging guidance that focuses on what moves the number
Professional photography and listing copy that earns showings
Offer review and negotiation that protects your bottom line
How it works
No pressure and no nonsense — just a clear path from first chat to closing day.
1
We talk
A short call or coffee about where you're headed, your timing, and what's realistic in this market.
2
We plan
Buyers get a tailored search; sellers get a pricing and prep plan. You see the numbers before deciding anything.
3
We move
Showings, offers, and negotiations — with straight answers at every step, not sales talk.
4
You settle in
Closing handled cleanly, and I'm still a call away after you've moved in.
